We’re excited to share TAI’s new Work Plan for Q3 2025–Q2 2027, the first developed under our Strategic Framework 2025–2029. The plan translates our shared vision—a just world where trust, accountability, and inclusion are embedded in all systems of governance—into four concrete priorities for the next two years:
Reinvigorating Democratic and Civic Space – Deepening funder coordination and shared learning through initiatives such as the 3D Dialogues: International Funders Table on Democratic and Civic Space.
Building Fiscal Funding Infrastructure – Exploring sustainable support for fiscal justice work through a regranting facility concept, cross-sectoral outreach, and the hosted initiatives Collaborative for a Gender Just Economy and Building Accountable Fiscal Ecosystems.
Strengthening Climate Accountability – Promoting inclusive decision-making in climate finance and connecting efforts at the intersection of climate, economic, and civic justice.
Resourcing Civil Society – Establishing a standing Community of Practice on resourcing civil society and taking on the secretariat function for the Funder Roundtable on the Future of Development.
Across all priorities, we will monitor cross-cutting risks such as growing corporate and state capture.
